This is a blurry dark picture but it shows tonight's word. A glowing red button on a pole. きんきゅう means "emergency" and つうほう means something like to "report" something... and ボタン of course is "button". so i guess this phrase translates to *"emergency call button"*
For extra credit, do you understand the text under that? (it says: このボタンを押す[おす]とけいさつべつながります which should mean something like "push this button to summon the police.")
